Produce an intelligence product on the industrial estate burglary series
You are an Intelligence Analyst in the Criminal Investigation Unit.
What has happened
Three commercial burglaries have occurred in the Riverina Industrial Estate within a month, each overnight between Thursday and Saturday, each targeting tools and copper from premises without alarm monitoring. A residential burglary at Larkspur Rise used a similar method of forcing a rear door. The estate traders have a business watch briefing on Thursday and are asking what police are doing. The Detective Senior Sergeant wants an intelligence product that analyses the series, assesses the threat and risk to other premises, and recommends patrol tasking and crime prevention advice, ready to brief investigators and to inform what can be said to the traders.

Evidence guide
Evidence should show structured analysis from the records rather than assertion, a clear statement of confidence in the series link, a risk assessment that names vulnerable premises characteristics, and recommendations that a patrol supervisor could action tonight. The public version must contain no sensitive detail. Check that the dissemination marking and information handling reflect the policy.
